After the Rain

After the Rain explores the fragility of reality, enveloping viewers in a beautiful yet haunting atmosphere. The vibrant colors of the flowers enhance the blurred vision of the scene, standing in stark contrast to the sharpness of the Braille texts.

These brief Braille phrases—indecipherable to most—invite a tactile interaction, adding a sensory layer to the experience. This deliberate act of "non-reading" creates a subtle disorientation for the viewer, urging us to navigate the piece not through comprehension, but by immersing ourselves in the realm of sensations.

Oblivion

Oblivion is a series photographs delving into the memories, dreams, and nightmares of contemporary societies. The series aims to evoke a unique atmosphere—somber and desolate, yet undeniably beautiful. A distinctive element of the work is the incorporation of Braille fragments from a poem, seamlessly blending text and imagery to create a palette of real and emotional colors.

To enhance the sensory experience, the photographs will be displayed without glass or acrylic, inviting both visual and tactile engagement.

(Oblivion was featured in the book La Boca del Infierno, published by Mantis Editores, Mexico, in 2009, with text by poet María Negroni.)

As Above, So Below

As Above, So Below, is a series of photographs created on various NYC beaches and the salt flats of northern Argentina. The series explores the interplay between seemingly opposite worlds that mirror one another.
